NOSE for other conditions

Whilst the majority of Prof Gilmore's NOSE operations are for Diverticular disease and benign or malignant tumours, the NOSE technique can be applied to many other less common conditions for the same outstanding results.

NOSE for Volvulus

Volvulus occurs when part of the colon twists and blocks its self. A very common cause of large bowel obstruction in Africans . NOSE is an excellent technique to cure this problem.

​Slow transit constipation is debilitating for many sufferers. NOSE total colectomy an option for carefully selected and consented motivated sufferers.

Stage IV endo' can involve the rectum and other parts of the bowel. NOSE can be applied to this disease in collaboration with a gynecologist when needed.
